In the year of 2012 on construction of rural school teachers some bright spots were highlighted such as further improvement of policy design at the macrocosm level, introducing the professional standards for teachers, and other new progress in training, complementary mechanisms and security policies. However, a lot of urgent issues existed all the same. Therefore it is necessary to further strengthen the training of rural teachers, establish a management system of rural teachers, and earnestly safeguard their rights and benefits in the near future.
