The integration of culture and technology is helpful to improve the independent innovation capacity of cultural industry. it will enhance cultural industry’s competiveness，and also provide new cultural concept for technology innovation. It will promote the adjustment and upgrading of traditional industry structure. Finance’s development will support the integration of culture and technology. Finance has an important impact on the integration of culture and technology. This paper makes use of the data between 1995 and 2013 which are culture，technology and finance to establish the empirical model. Firstly，this paper examines the empirical relationship between culture and finance，then the relationship between technology and finance. The result is that finance has positive impacts on culture and technology. Secondly，this paper investigates the finance’s influence on the integration of culture and technology. The result shows that finance’s development promotes the integration innovation of culture and technology. According to the empirical results，we put forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
