Since twenty-first Century，cultural and technological mergence has gradually become a core of the development strategy about cultural industry of our country. Along the way，the mergence of culture and technology can not do without the support of policy. In recent years，cultural and technological mergence is developing rapidly with a series of policy from country to province. We can discover that a system of supportive policy about cultural and technological mergence has been formed which covers an area from country to province and consists of policy about elements of mergence and construction of bases on cultural industry. However，we can also find out some problems needed to be solved about the system of policy through the analysis of mergence mechanism and the reality about cultural and technological mergence.
