Modern technology gives new vitality to traditional culture. The digitalization of public cultural facilities，such as digital museums，digital libraries and digital galleries，makes the static culture alive and brings the “breathing culture” to the world by Internet. In addition，it also brings new public experience for people. Mobile public cultural facilities are the expansion of digital public cultural services and the application of advanced mobile communication technology in the field of public cultural services. Mobile public cultural facilities not only reflect the high degree of integration of culture and technology，but also realize the transplantation from traditional function to the mobile Internet field. This paper used the analysis of digital museum as an example. Firstly，we explored the formation mechanism and existing problems for digital public cultural service system. Secondly，we found the main problems. Finally，we put forward to suggestions.
