本文从以下三个方面综述了与劳动力流动有关的公共政策和公共服务问题的研究：（1）城市劳动力市场的开放性和保障平等就业权利问题；（2）户籍制度改革、社会保障体系建设和公共服务的非歧视对待问题；（3）协调区域政策与就业政策，以保障在流动中实现公平与效率的问题等。
<<>This paper reviews studies on labor migration-related public policies and services，focusing on：（1）the openness of urban labor markets and equal employment rights，（2）hukou system reform，social security system building，and equal access to public services，and（3）the coordination of regional policies and employment policies from perspective of equity and efficiency.
