This study investigated the learning burnout and its influencing factors of 1341 college students from four universities in Beijing,and the in-depth interviews of some teachers and students were conducted. The results show that a certain degree of learning burnout exist on the Beijing college students. There are significant difference in the learning burnout between different universities,majors,grades,academic achievement students,gender,economic status of the students. Factors influencing college students’ learning burnout include students’ achievement motivation,learning habit,responsibility and self control ability and so on,but the influence of the current system of education,school education,social environment play an important role in the learning burnout. Adopting a variety of measures to have a systematic intervention for college students can effectively prevent and reduce the students’ learning burnout school,family and society should adopt comprehensive measures to promote the university academic engagement and healthy development.
