During the Twelfth Five-year period，Community governance of Beijing has made remarkable achievements，but also facing some confusion. To solve the problem is bound to question the nature of community governance. In fact，Community governance is essentially compatible with three basic issues. The first issue is terminal control；Second is social governance；Third is the construction of new neighborhood community after the urbanization，especially in the era of Commercial housing. After all the analysis of these issues，this article tries to put forward the reform of community governance from four aspects. <<
