The owner-occupied commercial housing was released to improve the policy system of housing in the end of 2013 in Beijing. As a kind of policy-based house between the indemnificatory housing and commercial housing，the owner-occupied commercial housing is provided for the middle-income group with the restriction of price，size and procedure. The owner-occupied commercial housing attracted extensive attention because of its rapid sale with some problems in 2014. In the future，the owner-occupied commercial housing maybe turn into indemnificatory housing system. <<
