With the accelerated process of globalization, and cloud computing, data, Internet and so on a series of new words, culture and science and technology integration to countries to promote cultural and creative industries across an important means of development is becoming a, how to integrate cultural resources, technical resources, human resource, policy resource in from the perspective of culture and technology convergence and other elements to promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural and creative industries, has become the key problem in the development of China's cultural industry which needs to be solved urgently. Wuhan has rich cultural resources and strong economic, technological and human resources, but there are still many problems in the development of cultural and creative industries. This paper tries to analyze the background, present situation and bottleneck of the development of cultural and technological integration and cultural and creative industries, and puts forward the effective way of promoting the development of cultural and creative industry in Wuhan based on the integration of culture and science and technology.
