With the development of industry competition and the rapid development of cultural industry, the integration of culture and tourism has become an inevitable trend. Huangpi district has a unique tourism resources and deep cultural deposits, but should use the historical opportunity to strengthen the cultural and tourism industry integration, and vigorously develop the cultural tourism industry. This paper analyzes the advantages of the existing cultural tourism resources in Huangpi District, and analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the development of cultural tourism industry in Huangpi District in the national 5A scenic spot.
