Recently，there are a series of newspaper reports about issue of family violence. Because of the continued report and discussion，the authority was urged to quicken the passage of legislation. The researches related family violence analysis from the angle of Journalism and communication and regulations are reviewed and analyzed. Through a textual analysis of the results，the study finds five conclusions：the media discourse is de-gendering；the presentation of gender is stereotype；delivering messages that make family violence reasonable；the female become the other and the woman voices are absent；the commercial logic tortures the focus of reports；the new media provide some way to express their idea. At last，this study makes some suggestions to how to increase report. <<
