In recent years，female journalists have been increasing in the Chinese media，accompanied by the related research literature growing. This report，by the method of content analysis，reviews and analyses research literatures containing female journalists from 2010 to 2014. It is concluded in the four point of view：De-gendering journalistic professionalism become typical，femininity obtains public recognition，facing the dual pressure from family and career，and people still lack the concept of Gender equality in the social environment. Finally，the report predicts that female journalists research of network media will be the main development trend of the research literature in this field. <<
