With the development of the Internet，the New Media Events contribute to new communication mechanism. This paper states from the perspective of women and research the New media event which gives priority to female and relates closely to female，with the example of professor of Xiamen University sexual sexually harassing his female students. And it also analyses the role of the new media and traditional media in the event. With the use of Baidu Index，the public opinion of the event could be divided into four stages including formation，diffusion，outbreak and finality. This paper separately analyzes the dynamic changes of the new media and traditional media news frames in the four stages，finding that the new media and traditional media redefine “sexual harassment” connotation by clarifying its meaning and disclosing its internal power relations in the process. Above all the new media and the traditional media let the event get rid of the single and isolated state，and come into brainstorm and countermeasure implementation phase of academic sexual harassment. <<
