The paper，with the combination of the status quo of energy conservation in Guangzhou’s public institutions，identifies the problems affecting the deepening of energy conservation work in Guangzhou’s public institutions. And on this basis，the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the perfection of work mechanism，the popularization of the management model of contract energy，and the strengthening of energy conservation renovation.
