Providing equal public services for the migrant workers in Guangzhou is an important project for the perfection of urban management and the strengthening of social governance. The paper，on the basis of emphatically analyzing the status quo of the organization system for the services of migrant workers in Guangzhou，suggests the major problems in it and the reasons for them. In the end，the paper proposes some suggestions on the perfection of the organization system.
