Accordingly，the management of house renting becomes the key issue affecting the level and quality of the development of Baiyun District. The paper，centering on the management of house renting in Baiyun District and the floating population，with the combination of practical situation in Baiyun District，analyzes the problems existing in the management above，and highlights the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
