The FDI-inflow scale firstly increased and then decreased during 2013-2014. The FDI towards the Africa illustrated some new trends during recent years：the ratio of intra-Africa FDI increased and promoted regional integration mutually；the consuming-orient FDI increased more rapidly；the projects on IT innovation appeared frequently；the international investors set foot in the agricultural product development. The Scale of direct investment from China to Africa increased rapidly，but it concentrated in few industries；Small and Medium Enterprises are new forces carrying FDI in Africa. To deepen and expand the Sino-Africa investment relationship，Chinese government and enterprises should make efforts in the new FDI fields relating to consuming product，agricultural R&D，IT innovation，new energy.
