近年来随着中国媒体在非洲的强势崛起,中国在当地建设媒体软实力的步伐正在日渐加快。与西方和非洲当地媒体相比,中国媒体具有自己的独特优势,诸多特点已经成为软实力建设可资利用的宝贵资源。但与此同时,中国媒体的运作模式也暴露出诸多问题,日益成为禁锢自身实现进一步发展的瓶颈。本文将通过选取若干个中国媒体样本,系统分析研究中国媒体在软实力建设进程中所取得的成就以及存在的短板,并在此基础上提出切实可行的政策建议,以确保中国在非洲的媒体软实力能够实现可持续发展。
<<With the recent rapid rise of Chinese media in Africa,China is now attaching more importance to the building of media-based soft power on the continent. By comparison with its Western and African counterparts,Chinese media has been featured by many advantages which have been providing valuable resources for China’s soft-power building in Africa. Meanwhile,the current operation mode of Chinese media has also witniessed various shortcomings which in turn would emerge as main obstacles for its further development. Upon selecting samples of Chinese media,this paper is dedicate to discuss the strength,achivements and challenges of Chinese media in Africa and come out with practical recommendations,so as to guaranttee the sustainable development of China’s media-based soft power building in Africa.
