The social organizations have boomed in 2014 in China due to the new registration system，increased government purchase and innovative management mechanism. As a result，its capability and influence in human rights protection，mainly through public service and advocacy，has been enhanced significantly. To strengthen this role in the future，the human rights awareness and legal professionalism must be improved among social organizations.
