In order to implement National Human Rights Action Plan of China,Chinese government has established eight National Institutes of Human Rights Education and Training in universities. This paper aims to look back at their achievements in human rights education and training,theoretical studies,policy consultation,social services and international exchanges since their establishment. Besides that,the paper also focus on the selection and approval of the second batch of National Institutes of Human Rights Education and Training in 2014,explores the existing difficulties and problems in their development,and their prospect.
