"The 12th Five-Year Plan" of financial development and reform pointed out that in the "12th Five-Year" period, China's added value of financial services accounted for gross domestic product (GDP) will remain at around 5%. At the end of the period, non-financial enterprises' direct fund raising will account for 15% of the total financing. The financial services sector has broad prospects and increasingly varied sub-industries. In 2012, the financial reform showed remarkable achievements, such as the significantly advance of RMB internationalization and interest rates liberalization, and the establishment and improvement of a multi-level capital market. These all have positive impact to the business. Pan-asset Management will become the main direction of the future development of the industry.
