Cultivating technicians through learning system is the key subject of building high technical talents team. Guangzhou technician colleges effectively integrate the recourses of college-enterprise cooperation，carry out pilot projects and make a significant breakthrough by implementing the form of “Enterprise Oriented，College and Enterprise Co-management”，“Ten Common Points”，etc.，developing courses，organizing and managing teaching，training teachers，and executing the assessment method of technicians” enterprises/socialization，which accumulates experiences for deepening colleges’ technicians cultivation. Additionally，the research analyses the role and responsibility of modern technicians，and proposes some suggests for cultivating and managing technicians.
