通过学制培养技师,是高技能人才队伍建设中的重大疑难课题。广州市市属技师学院有效整合校企合作资源,通过“企业主导、校企共管”或“十个共同”等形式,开发课程,组织教学与管理,培养师资,开展技师的企业/社会化考评方式试点工作取得重大突破,为深化院校技师培养积累了丰富的经验;同时,本文分析了现代技师的角色与任务,提出了关于技师培养与管理的若干建议。
<<Cultivating technicians through learning system is the key subject of building high technical talents team. Guangzhou technician colleges effectively integrate the recourses of college-enterprise cooperation,carry out pilot projects and make a significant breakthrough by implementing the form of “Enterprise Oriented,College and Enterprise Co-management”,“Ten Common Points”,etc.,developing courses,organizing and managing teaching,training teachers,and executing the assessment method of technicians” enterprises/socialization,which accumulates experiences for deepening colleges’ technicians cultivation. Additionally,the research analyses the role and responsibility of modern technicians,and proposes some suggests for cultivating and managing technicians.
