本文选择了技能人才培养与产业发展的适配模型分析三个重要行业,其中制造业方面,行业协会、工会及技能人才培训机构等培养主体的作用发挥不够;现代服务业培养主体实现多元化,但人才培养远远滞后于产业发展需求;高新技术产业的技能人才缺口严重,培养途径单一。建议政府通过立法等措施促进技能人才培养社会环境和产业发展的适配;企业等培养主体应积极作为,促进技能人才的培养数量、质量和产业发展适配。
<<Model to measure the adaptation of skilled talent training and industrial development is applied in three important industries in Guangzhou. In manufacturing industry,the role of industrial associations,unions and skilled talent training agencies is not played enough;In modern service industry,the training body is diversified,but the skilled talent training lags far behind the need of industrial development;In high-tech industry,the skilled talent gap is serious with the single training approach. Therefore,government should create the social environment with legislative and other measures to promote the adaptation of skilled talent training and industrial development. Enterprises have to actively improve the adaptation of skilled talent training amount,quality and industrial development.
