本文试图从科技工作者胜任特征和胜任状况入手,探讨减轻广州市科技工作者压力的内部因素,探明在广州市科技文化背景下从事科技工作的胜任特征,以及胜任特征与个体压力之间的关系,以胜任特征作为切入点,分析减轻科技工作者压力的可行对策。同时,也为广州市相关部门和机构制定相关法规和科技工作政策方针提供参考依据,推动“幸福广州”“创新广州”的建设。
<<Started from the competence features and status of scientific and technological workers,the inherent factors of alleviating the pressure of Guangzhou scientific and technological talents are discussed. Then,the competency features under the scientific and cultural background and the relationships between the competency features and individual pressure are analyzed to recommend feasible countermeasures. Meanwhile,the results would provide a reference for the departments and agencies to make the regulations and technology policies which would promote the construction of “Happy Guangzhou” and “Innovative Guangzhou”.
