In recent years，the technical content in export products gradually increased as the expansion size of export and the improvement of economic strengthen. Meanwhile，the disputes of patent licensing also went up. The patent barriers set by the developed countries to hamper the product in directly led to the accumulation of alleged patent infringement cases in Guangzhou，which caused tremendous negative impact on Guangzhou foreign trade. The current situations of Guangzhou foreign-related patent infringement were analyzed with relevant cases，as well as the effective countermeasures to protect the healthy development of Guangzhou foreign trade.
