Employment Projections are traditional projections in Bureau of Labor Statitics，U.S. This paper analyses the history and development of the systems，focusing on the lately 2012-2022 employment projections：its structure and contents，with a show case of its labor projections，economic development，industry emoloyment and occupational employment. The methodology of employment projections are presented and hopefully this would be realized in China in future.
