The guarantee equal pay for migrant workers is the task of reforming the party’s Third Plenary Session of the eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In recent years，China has made positive progress in ensuring equal remuneration for equal work of migrant workers，but because of deep～seated reform of household registration system is not yet in place，migrant workers still have a long way to go in enjoying the urbanizational treatment. Guarantee equal pay for migrant workers，require three phases，a comprehensive reform of the macro and micro levels.
