本报告紧扣国有企业高管薪酬制度改革这一专题,围绕贯彻执行中共中央、国务院《关于深化中央管理企业负责人薪酬制度改革的意见》,分析所面临的若干不同认识和尚待明确的问题,重新温习了有关政策,对社会上少数人的某些疑惑进行了讨论剖析,同时重点就国有企业高管薪酬改革有关政策的细化和补充完善以及相关配套改革措施研究提出了对策建议,目的是进一步统一认识,全面理解和贯彻落实中央文件精神,促进国有企业高管薪酬制度改革取得更大成绩。
<<This report concentrate on the theme of executive compensation reform in state-owned enterprises,focus on implementation of the CPC Central Committee,State Council “View on Deepening the Reform of the Executive Compensation in Central Management Enterprises” facing the different perceptions and problems yet to be clear,and review relevant policies,also analyze some doubt a few people in the community were discussed. Meanwhile,focus on the suggestions according to refinement of reforming measures of SOE executive compensation. The purpose is to further common thought,a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the central spirit of the document,and promote the reform of state-owned enterprises executive pay system to achieve greater results.
