近年来,化解产能过剩矛盾中的企业劳动关系问题愈发突显,成为当前构建和谐劳动关系体系中的一个突出难点和“瓶颈”。本文分析了当前产能过剩企业劳动关系的现状与存在的主要问题,归纳出劳动关系矛盾的主要特征,就企业劳动关系矛盾与冲突的主体性与结构性原因进行了研究,并根据实地调研总结了地方应对劳动关系矛盾的做法经验,最后提出化解产能过剩企业劳动关系问题的治理思路与基本策略。
<<In recent years,the problem of labor relations in excess-capacity enterprises has become increasingly prominent,which has become a difficulty in the construction of harmonious labor relations system. This paper,by analyzing the status and problems of labor relations in overcapacity enterprises,summed up the main characteristics of the conflicts in labor relations,explores the main causes and structural causes of the contradiction and conflict of enterprise labor relations and finally put forward the ideas of governance and basic strategies to resolve the problems of labor relations in enterprises of excess capacity according to experience in the local practice of labor conflict governance.
