居民医保的制度设计及发展轨迹在很大程度上借鉴了职工医保的经验，在门诊大病病种选择上便是如此，因此，居民医保门诊大病覆盖的病种最初没有足够重视儿童门诊大病。本文以几例遗传性代谢性儿童门诊大病为例探讨了病种选择，并针对目前儿童门诊大病保障中存在的问题，提出了完善儿童门诊大病保障的建议。
<<The design and the development tract of Basic Health Insurance System for Urban Residents（BHISUR）took example by Basic Health Insurance System for Employees（BHISE）to a great extent，such as choosing serious illnesses for outpatient benefits. As a result，the serious illnesses for outpatient benefits in BHISUR didn’t pay enough attention to Children’s illnesses. Taking example for some inherited metabolic diseases to discuss choosing children’s serious illnesses for outpatient benefits，this article analyses the problems of the security of the children’s serious illnesses for outpatient services and proposes how to perfect it in BHISUR.
