The poverty areas affected by geographical factors，resource conditions，economic underdevelopment，there are some difficulties to carry out the arduous insurance taks in rural residents. Based on the field research with the combination of natural conditions and social environment，cognitive concepts and other relevent reasons，we are trying to analyze and find the influenced factors with insured people，and make policy recommedation.
