劳动力市场是劳动力资源配置的方式和运行机制及其形成的社会关系,通过供求、价格、竞争、保障等机制有效配置劳动力资源。改革开放以来,我国劳动力市场得到了长足的发展,但从市场配置资源发挥决定性作用,更好发挥政府作用的角度考察,我国劳动力市场在市场建设、市场主体、市场分割、价格扭曲、供求矛盾、劳动关系及政府职能等方面仍存在较为突出的问题。在未来的发展中应该进一步明确劳动力市场的发展方向,完善市场的运行机制,消除劳动力流动障碍并进一步转变和优化政府对劳动力市场的监管职能。
