China is facing a strategic opportunity of industrial transformation and upgrading which is providing multi-opportunities of job selection and business start-up for college graduates on the one hand，and increasing employment pressure in a certain stage due to the slow industrial restructuring and structure disharmony on the other hand. At present，the college graduates are facing many difficulties in job-seeking. Their employment rates，employment stability and employment satisfaction are comparatively low due to the oversupply and mismatches in the labor market. It is important to thoroughly analyze the reason，actively explore and solve the structural problems of college graduates’ employment in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading.
