目前我国正处于产业转型升级的战略机遇期。产业转型升级一方面为高校毕业生提供了多元的就业选择和更多的创业机会,另一方面由于转型速度慢、结构不协调,在一定阶段增加了高校毕业生的就业压力。目前,高校毕业生就业面临困难,表现为就业率总体偏低,就业稳定性差,就业满意度低。造成这一问题既有高校毕业生供求总量方面的原因,也有供求匹配方面的原因。深入分析原因,在产业转型升级背景下,积极探索解决高校毕业生就业的结构性问题具有重要的意义。
