Currently，the employment situation remained stable on the whole. New changes are found in the employment structure of industry and region. At the same time，we have to face some challenges，such as big pressure on employment of college graduates，older and low skilled workers employment more difficult，the risk of structural unemployment. In the new normal，economic growth and labor supply in the “double down” is the basic prerequisite for employment；to resolve the structural contradictions of the employment is the main style of future employment；public entrepreneurship and innovation is a new driving force for employment growth.
