<<In this study，the status quo，characteristics and influencing factors of neighborhood and neighborhood relations of residents in Beijing were investigated by using common sayings and behavioral situation tests. It tries to provide a reference of rebuilding the good atmosphere of the community and a harmonious new neighborhood relationship，while practicing the socialist core values.
