In view of the community family relations，Select lower marital satisfaction couples for TCM psychological intervention through the questionnaire survey. Results show that the marriage quality affected by many factors，Marital satisfaction is an important index of marital quality. Husband and wife feelings and each emotion were important factors in the marriage and family relations. Spouse relationship influenced the development of the relationship between them and their parents to some extent. TCM psychological intervention could improve the relationship and family relations.
