心理热线已成为大众接受度最高的咨询形式之一。为摸清北京市心理援助热线的现状，我们选取了具有代表性的6家机构进行座谈，结果发现整个行业处于各自为政的无序状态，缺乏统一的行业标准与必要监管，发展随意性较大。因此，我们提出若干条相应的措施，以加强对这个行业的引导和规范，促进其健康有序发展。
<<Psychological hotline has become one of well-known counseling forms. In order to have an understanding of Beijing psychological hotline，we chose six representative organizations to interview，and find that the whole industry is in the disordered state，lack of a single standard and necessary supervision. We give several advices to reinforce the guidance and development of the industry.
