本文通过自编的《消费价值观问卷》和《消费诚信问卷》了解北京居民的消费价值观,同时考察不同消费观群体对商家诚信的看法。结果发现北京居民以传统价值观为主:女性比男性的消费观更传统;年长者比年轻者的消费观更传统。消费者对商家注重售后服务方面的评价显著低于对产品价格与质量的评价。
<<The article investigated Beijing citizens’ consumption value and views of sellers’ credibility. The results are as follows:(1)Beijing citizens in large had traditional consumption values;(2)Females had more traditional consumption values than males;(3)The older had more traditional consumption values than the younger;(4)Consumers’ assessments on after-sale service are obviously superior to those on products’ prices and qualities.
