In 2011~2012,there has been a new hot topic in China's political life:social management innovation.It has been mentioned to be major political agenda to strengthen and innovate social management at present by the central government of China,which has been closely related with China's current social characteristics:social interests differentiation,missing of the main cultural norms,urban and rural the shackles of the dual system,the impact of information technology etc.In order to respond to a series of social problems,our party has timely and effectively proposed to some means of solving the people's livelihood firstly,focusing on the fairness and efficiency,and promoting urban and rural areas to interact positively.Each local government and the theory researchers have also summed up many valid path and methods to promote social management in practice. <<
