Over the past few decades，Liwan District has experienced three main development paths in the process of urban transformation—the transition from the wholesale market to the commercial headquarters gathering，the transition from collective economic cooperatives to modern corporation，the transition from big factories to regional city landmark. This paper analyzes Liwan’s key countermeasures on the urban transformation. <<
