This article analyzed the different understandings of "full-area urbanization",and argue that the "full-area urbanization" means the over-urbanization of land in most cases.In this strategy,the urbanization will waste resources,undermine economic efficiency and destroy social justice.So I suggest use the "full-sphere urbanization" strategy instead of "full-area urbanization" strategy.
