In the year of 2014，Norway achieved though slow but stable economic growth based on expansionary fiscal and monetary policies. New-elected government planned to put an additional requirement in the test for Norwegian citizenship. The GPFG contributed in structural adjustment and social welfare maintaining in Norway.
