The sluggishness of export growth,the weakness of household consumption and the decline of private investment,together with the austerity policy,led Finland still in weak growth in 2014. The decreased support for the largest ruling party KOK and the rising sympathies for the opposition party KESK showed the public’s doubts about whether the current government had the ability to promote structural reforms,accelerate economic recovery and increase employment. The sound social security system contributing to the fairness of income distribution is Finland’s social stabilizer. In 2014,the progress in the China-Finland relations was mainly embodied in the steady development of the economic and trade relations,active cultural and inter-party exchanges and the accelerated cooperation in energy-saving and environmental protection.
