At present，to conformwith the international trend of green development and meet the requirements of economic and social development in China，the Chinese enterprises in environmental protection，clean energy，real energy，manufacturing，finance and almost all the industries take measures to practice the green management. The practice involves the green strategy，green design and manufacturing，green marketing，green finance and green corporate culture，and already forms some effective models. The Chinese enterprises still need enforce the green management to make up for some problems in institution，financial support and resource supply. The government in China should create a favorable policy environment for enterprises’ green management. And the enterprises should learn the experiences of green management from the advanced foreign enterprises as well as the domestic enterprises as industry benchmark in green development，to improve enterprise benefit and the level of social environmental protection as well.
