对企业进行绿色产品认证是规范绿色市场秩序的重要环节。研究中国企业绿色产品认证体系,将有助于企业增强在绿色市场的核心竞争力,保护绿色消费行为。绿色产品认证是加强质量监督的有效途径、控制产品质量的必要方法、促进行业科技进步的重要措施和引导绿色消费的科学手段。中国自20世纪90年代起,相继推出了“中国十环环境标志”“中标节能节水标志”“CQC质量环保标志”“HQC环保认证标志”“绿色印刷标准”和“绿色之星”等绿色标志。经过20多年的发展,绿色产品认证事业欣欣向荣,覆盖范围涉及诸多类别,但也面临着绿色产品认证政策不完善、绿色认证监督脱节、企业未对绿色产品引起足够重视、消费者对绿色产品认知程度有限等问题。通过强化绿色产品认证体系政策保障、加强绿色产品认证体系管理、建立绿色产品标准信息平台、以绿色产品认证加大“绿色消费”理念引导力度等可以有效解决当前面临的问题。
