In recent years，with the rapid development of economy，the environmental problem is becoming more serious，and the green development of the financial industry has gradually received attention. Taking the introduction of China’s green financial development background as the breakthrough point，this paper focuses on the main financial industry，and employs SWOT method to analysis the present situation of the green finance development of the Chinese enterprises；at the same time，the study of foreign green finance development and green financial products are analyzed to shed light on China’s development of green finance. In addition，this paper analyzes the trend of the development of green finance in China，and puts forward some suggestions for the development of green finance.
