在媒体融合的探索中,广东媒体虽然有很多战略性的构想,但仍处于改革的谋划期,存在人力资源短缺、传播矩阵不完全等问题,再加上惯性的传播方式及思维定式,传统媒体在“融合”的关键时刻明显创新突破不够,这些都制约着广东媒体转型。然而,其中不乏优秀的典型案例,南方日报与南方网打造的“广东媒体融合第一平台”、广州日报“中枢平台+立体化传播体系”思维、羊城晚报“微传播矩阵”、深圳广电“全融合”新闻生产云平台、江门日报“区域性大数据文化产业平台”都是很好的媒体融合范例。从加强平台建设,到完善组织架构,注重立体化传播体系的搭建,这些对其他传统媒体都具有很重要的借鉴意义。
