在互联网和移动互联网的持续冲击下,2014年广电媒体主动出击,根据自身的实际情况做出了许多媒体融合的尝试:在战略上,加强整合一体化发展;在产品上,运用互联网思维,加强互动和服务属性;商业模式也从原来单一的注意力经济,发展到依靠互联网的多种盈利模式的尝试;技术上更是利用云技术、4G技术等增强自身竞争力。本文从以上四个方面入手,梳理了2014年广电媒体的融合实践。
