打造新型传播体系,提升在网络环境下的传播影响力,是当前媒体改革的一项重大任务。中央相关意见表明在媒体融合改革发展的策略上要抓大放小,着力打造“大平台”,建设拥有强大实力、传播力、公信力和影响力的新型媒体集团。这就要求传统媒体在互联网竞争环境中再造自身的产品服务、传播渠道和商业模式。以浙报传媒和湖南广电的融合实践为例,传统媒体集团应以既往优势为基础,主动延伸产业价值链,将媒体传统的新闻信息服务扩展到城市服务、社区服务、电商平台等领域,以“大数据”“大创意”为工具和方法,运用新机制,发展新平台,依托技术融合,拓展竞争格局,强调用户价值,创新商业模式。
<<Creating new dissemination system to enhance the influence on the network environment,is a major task of the current media reform. The government’s relevant comments indicate the reform and development of media convergence strategy should focus on the big one,making efforts to create “big platform”,constructing the new media group which has a strong position,communication,credibility and influence. This requires that the traditional media rebuild their products and services,distribution channels and business models in the Internet competition environment. The integration of practice of Zhejiang Daily Press Group and Golden Eagle Broadcasting System are typical. Traditional media groups should be based on previous advantages,extending the industrial value chain to expand the traditional news media information services to the field of urban services,community services and electronic business platform. Using “Big data”,“Big idea” as tools and methods to create new mechanisms,develop new platforms,rely on technology integration,expand the competitive landscape,emphasize customer value,innovate in business models.
