本文以番茄为例,基于山东省868个消费者的选择实验数据,运用随机参数Logit模型测度了消费者对不同类型食品安全标识的支付意愿,并进一步分析了消费者食品安全风险感知与环境意识对消费者偏好的影响。结果表明,消费者对有机标识具有较高支付意愿,且对欧盟有机标识的支付意愿远高于中国有机标识,而对绿色标识与无公害标识的支付意愿相差不大。具有不同食品安全风险感知的消费者的支付意愿相差较大,而具有不同环保意识的消费者的支付意愿则较为接近。
<<The paper took tomatoes as example,based on the choice experimental data of the 868 consumers in Shandong province,used the random parameter logit model to measure the consumers’ willingness to pay(WTP)for different types of food safe certification label,and analyzed influence of the consumer food safety risk perception and the consumer environmental awareness on consumers’WTP. The results showed that consumers have higher WTP for organic label,and the WTP for EU organic label is much higher than China’s organic label,while the WTP for green label is similar to pollution-free label. The WTP of consumers with different food safety risk perception is strikingly different,while the WTP of consumers with different environmental awareness is closer to each other.
